Refund policy

At Kryptore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kryp.support@gmail.com with photo or video proof.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
